We're excited to bring you a brand new feature in PureAgent designed to help listing agents effectively communicate your buyer agent compensation offers directly on your PureAgent website. With the recent changes due to the NAR settlement, MLS databases can no longer include compensation fields. So it's more important than ever for you to have a straightforward way to share this information with your prospective buyer agents.
PureAgent now allows you to display your buyer agent compensation offers directly on your own listings via your PureAgent website. This feature is exclusive to your own listings managed by your brokerage, and cannot be displayed or combined with any other properties listed by other brokerages.

Let's walk through the easy steps to add a buyer agent compensation offer to your listing. First, open any of your listings in PureAgent. You can find your listings quickly by navigating to the listings tab in your PureAgent profile. Within each listing, you'll find a new “Custom Data” tab which includes non-MLS supplemental fields like your Buyer Agent Compensation offer.
Enter the compensation amount you wish to offer and then toggle the display option if you want it displayed. Your changes are saved immediately and will appear on a dedicated section below the listing agent information on your listing detail pages.
This makes it easy for buyer agents to see your offer and then bring buyers for your listing!
